EthoEx PRIME Ethanol Extraction

The EthoEx Prime platform offers a fully automated, super chilled, 10ft FFE, rotary extraction solution for yields up to 1000 lbs of biomass in 8 hours. This continuous feed system can extract at temperatures down to -90 °C and utilizes a combination of custom engineered LN2 chilling units with electrical power to optimize process efficiency. The easy-to-use touch screen interface with single touch operation minimizes training requirements while providing a fully configurable back-end for customer specific extraction parameters.

AUTOMATED SYSTEM

REQUIRES 1 OPERATOR

PRIME arrives fully automated with custom built in house software packages. The process only requires one operator/technician to load/unload the material and to push the “start extraction” button on the touch screen HMI panel. Settings are customizable allowing input of preferred extraction time, ethanol storage set point and extraction set point.

EthoEx INDUSTRIAL, Scaled PRIME Process

In Q2 2020, Engineers will unveil the Cryogenic Ethanol Continuous Feed Extractor (CECFE). This replaces the current batch process. However, the patent pending PRIME process remains the same but removes the CERRX with the CECFE. All other portions of the process (thermodynamically and physically) simply scale to meet the new target specification. Partnership and licensing agreements available.
